That is a great album cover. That is the late great Frank Fontaine, as bug-eyed, grinning “Crazy” Guggenheim, starred in the Joe the Bartender skits, delighting fans with his nutty speaking voice and goofy laugh, and charmed by his surprisingly mellow singing voice. Damn it! I was hoping no one would do this album. One of my favorite covers ever. Odd that the music withing is not comical, but straight forward schmaltzy instrumentals.
